Letter of Intent
I have always been a good student and secured higher first divisions throughout my
academics. I scored xxx% in 12th grade. I am graduated with a Bachelor of Technology in
Mechanical Engineering from xxxxxxx University, xxxxx, India with a score of xxxxx%, in
the year 2009 and Post graduated with a Master of Engineering in Manufacturing
Engineering specialization from xxxxxUniversity, xxxxx, India with a CGPA of xxxx in
2013.
Further, on completion of my graduation considering my passion for teaching, I joined as a
Lecturer at xxxxx, xxxx India in the Department of Mechanical Engineering in 2010. My
work involved planning, scheduling, organizing, coordinating and delivering lectures and
practical’s along with directing research programs of the students.
Later on, in 2011 as a part of the quality improvement program, I have joined for post-
graduation in Manufacturing Engineering specialization under xxxxxx University, xxxxxx. It
would enhance my academic as well as practical knowledge in the area of Manufacturing
Engineering also provided me greater opportunities in working with industrial problems.
After completing my master degree, in 2013 I have joined back at xxxxxxx, India as an
Assistant Professor.
Because of the industrial exposure gained during the master studies I have also given the
charge of xxxxxxx), which constituted for enhancing the relationship with industries by
various means such as developing industrial consultancy works, supporting industrial
research, creating agreements with various industries and enhancing knowledge transfer
between industry and academic institutes. While I was working as an xxxxx coordinator in
the institution, I got the opportunity to work with various benchmarking industries in our
country also experienced a multitude of management domains.
The continuous interaction with industry and academics helps me to identify the significant
gap in the technical skills of students as well as a gap in cross-cultural business management
in terms of marketing, human resource and financial aspects, which seriously affect
international business in our country. So that, I have got approval for initiating a xxxxxxxx,
India where I am getting better career prospects, professional growth, and learning
opportunities. The genesis of my intense interest in learning eventually became the primary
motivation for further studies in the area of business management which kindles me in
administration.
My work experience made me realize that to break through the glass ceiling I needed more
competencies in the sectors of Marketing, Human Resources, or International Strategy and
Entrepreneurship. Moving on to the professional front, it always fascinated me to support
students to improve the technical standards and facilitate them by the provision of my expert
opinion and guidance for them through my education and experience. The endeavor fetched
me great accolades and I was recommended to the Best teacher for the “Excellence Award.”
My strong desire to give back to my community coupled with my experience in teaching has
inspired within me the desire to further enhance my understanding of the functional aspects
of management.
I strongly believe that to succeed in the cut-throat competitive environment, apart from my
existing knowledge, I would require a specialized skill set in services and business
management combined with in-depth exposure to xxxxxxxxxxxxx.
The xxxxxxxxxxxxxx at xxxxxxxxxx University is a specialized program that will deliver
with multi-skilled tools required in the ever-challenging field of Business Management. The
advanced curriculum and professional faculty will support me learn about Marketing, Human
Resources and International Strategy and Entrepreneurship. After doing a lot of research, I
found out that Canada places great importance on learning and has established a first-rate
education structure with high standards. I feel that an xxxxxxxxxxxxx at xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
University, xxxxxx, will be the most reasonable addition of my academic pursuits and a
major step towards attaining my goals.

After graduating from this program at xxxxxxxx University, Canada, I will be ready to lead

Management, in the rapidly evolving global fluctuations and further utilize this expertise
which will set me to promote cross-cultural understanding of education in our country. Such
a program is not available in India and also, the fee is quite competitive as compared to other
countries. This program would act as an extra edge with a better understanding xxxxxxxxxx
and trade relations. The purpose to applying for a place at your university is sure to obtain the
