This chapter presents the summary of the problems, the conclusions based on the findings as well

Based on the findings, the researchers conclude the following:

2. The majority of the respondents state the effectiveness of the online reservation system in
Talibon Pension House.
3. It shows the significance of the system used for online reservations particularly in this
pandemic.
4. The majority of the respondents give good feedback on the said online reservation for
Talibon Pension House, giving the researchers a conclusion that online reservation is
beneficial to both customers and employees.
5. The online reservation promotes customers’ convenience and peace of mind in accessing
the service offered by Talibon pension house.
6. Due to faster transactions and easy booking the Talibon pension house was able to
maximize its business operation, reaching a wide range of customers which leads to
greater income.
5.4 RECOMMENDATIONS
Based on the findings, and conclusions drawn from the study, the following are hereby
recommended:
1. This research about online reservations may help the Talibon Pension House in
improving their system, such as decreasing the data consumption needed in using the
online reservation system to allow the customers to book a room even if they have a 3G
connection only.
2. This research may help the Talibon Pension House in making their mobile application for
online reservations, addressing the needs and wants of their customers progressively and
accurately.
3. This research may be used for another business in planning to create their own online
reservation system.
4. Future research about the effects of the online booking reservation on the hotel
management system of a hotel business can be conducted not only for students but also
for other business owners and researchers.
