    Any person who commits an act as provided for under section (*) in violation of this law shall be

    made liable , compensatory, moral and exemplary damages.

    Any person who violates this act shall be punished by a fine of not less than one hundred thousand
    (P 100,000.00) but not more than three hundred thousand or as the court may impose.
