Roldan; our
hardworking and dedicated principal Mr. Alexander N. Ignacio, our dear teachers and staff
of Monlimar Development Academy, parents, honoured guests and my fellow graduates, a
pleasant afternoon.
Time really flies so quickly and now we come to this exciting yet sad moment-our
graduation. Exciting because we've been waiting for this moment - to finally taste the
sweetness of our victory over those mind-blogging years. Sad because we'll be separated
from the friends we've made in this academy who already became like siblings to us. It
seems like only yesterday, we were skinny little freshmen nervously walking by the
hallways on the first day of school, looking cluelessly to the upperclassmen. As time went
by we met unexpected friends. We began to create memories inside and outside this
school. How can we ever forget those laughters we shared when someone suddenly joked
around, those scared faces while we talked about horrific stories, the disappointment and
sadness when we're down and embarrassed and those cries of sympathy when we shared
each others' awful experiences? These things built our trust to one another.
I will never forget the love and friendship and the truly interesting and amazing things we
learned throughout those years.
Yes, we will always remember this place because this is where we showed our skills,
talents & fighting spirit, friendliness and warmth for many years. The events and activities
taught us that it takes teamwork, courage and perseverance to face everything in life. Our
experience might be limited, but we were able to face and overcome the challenges and this
is because of the people who believed in our potential.
To our beloved parents, we cannot thank you enough for supporting and helping us in
countless ways. We are not really good in expressing our feelings but we want you to know
that WE LOVE YOU and we dedicate this achievement to you.
To our teachers, thank you very much for sharing your time, effort, talent and knowledge to
us. It was your job to do so, but what we saw all along were hardworking, dedicated and
concerned teachers who cared and did everything just to make the best out of us. Thank
you so much for giving us a second family for those amazing years.
To our school administrators, Mrs. Lilian S. Roldan and Mr. Mario P. Roldan. To our school
principal Mr. Alexander N. Ignacio and to all office staff, thank you for all the experiences
that we, students, had in this school. You managed to keep things smooth and organized so
we can concentrate well on our studies.
Most importantly, we thank the Lord for everything, for giving us life, for continuously
providing us good health and a sound mind and for keeping us strong in faith-so we can go
along with anything and everything that life brings.
Dear fellow graduates, this is not the end but only the beginning of a tougher journey. I'm
taking this opportunity to wish you all the best.
My warmest congratulations to you all-class 2018 till we see each other again! God bless
us!
Dear graduates, you just made that remarkable march on the stage a while ago as you
received your diploma. That is not just a final walk for a victorious high school endeavor but
also the beginning of another challenging yet wonderful chapter of this journey called life. I
am sure you have that extremely delightful feeling at this moment. That so much joy in your
heart is exactly what we-parents feel right now... or could be more than that. We are one
with you. We just want to enjoy this wonderful feeling right here, right now...because this
moment can only get by once. You did a great job, students! We are very proud of you.
Dear teachers and school administrators, we cannot thank you enough for the tremendous
effort you’ve given in order to make our children achieve what they have now. We are so
grateful for the patience and kindness you’ve shown to them. Everything that they learned
and acquired from this school, may it be academic, personality or skills aspect– that will be
their tool for the next challenge they are going to face. So thank you very much.
Sons and daughters, the road is still a long way to travel. Always remember that the miles of
your journey begins with a single step. Take courage in taking that step and gain
perseverance as you go on – until you reach your dreams. There’s nothing else we parents
wish for but to see you happy of what you achieved in life because we love you more than
anything else.
Dear graduates of batch 2018, my warmest congratulations to all of you. May God bless
you as you go farther and as you soar higher.
