From result of behavioral assessment chart above, we can see “series 2 line” as indicator of my personal
line is close to average values.

If we try to calculate the ratio between the average number of all people (4,82) and the average number
4,82 – 4,32 = 0,5 < 1 all of series 2 obtained (4,32), shown the difference only 0,5 which is less than 1.

From the data, PT. Bina Karya (Persero) is the smallest asset, revenue and profit, however in the numbers
of employee the company is in the third position with 625 personnel include outshourching and field
personnel.

If we compare with personnel cost and number of employees, the company in fourth position with index
profitability 0,73 (18%).

From my analysis and assumption, my company, PT. Bina Karya (Persero) fall in “AVERAGE” organization
position growth.

Business issues

Basically, with ROA 8,15%, the company not the lowest ROA compared to others,

In short, as my conclusion, that the company not effective and efficient, in term of
organization operational management, the company could be growth by size but
