Theme: Aerobic Activities
Module 4: MISOSA 4

I. OBJECTIVES
A. Learning Area Standard: The learner demonstrates understanding of the concept of physical fitness and
physical activity in achieving, sustaining, and promoting an active life for fitness
and health.

B. Key Stage Standard: The learner demonstrates understanding of movement concepts and skills in
preparation for active participation in various physical activities.

C. Grade Level Standard: The learner demonstratesunderstanding of principles in movement and fitness
for active participation in various physical activities.

At the end of the lesson, the students will be able to:

 determine the concepts of aerobics.


 Give examples of aerobic activities.
 Appreciate the importance of aerobic exercises.
