    JOINT NOTICE OF APPEAL

    APPELANTS xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, assisted by Counsel, and


    unto this Honorable Office, most respectfully give notice that
    they are appealing to the Office of the SECRETARY HONORABLE
    EDUARDO M. AŃO of Department of the Interior and Local
    Government, both on questions of facts and laws, the Decision
    dated June 30, 2021 by the NAPOLCOM Regional Appellate Board
    (RAB) - BARMM.
    I. Timeliness

    The appellants received a copy of the assailed Decision on


    July 9, 2021. Therefore, this appeal is made within the
    Reglementary Period allowed by the Memorandum Circular No.
    2016-002 or Revised Rules of Procedure Before the
    Administrative Disciplinary Authorities and the Internal Affairs
    Service of the Philippine National Police.

    II. Issue

    1. Whether or not the appellant committed the Offense


    charged.

    2. Whether or not there were errors of law or irregularities


    committed prejudicial to the substantial rights or interest
    of herein appellant.

    3. Whether or not the severe penalty of dismissal from


    service is properly imposed.
