    COUNSEL FOR THE DEFENDANT

    COMES NOW, the undersigned, ATTY. RUDY G. ALVAREZ JR. is counsel


    on record for the Accused in the above-mentioned case, unto this Honorable
    Court, most respectfully states:

    That the undersigned is the counsel on record for the said accused in the above-
    mentioned case:

    That on July 22, 2021 the accused manifested to the undersigned counsel that he
    intends to hire another counsel to represent him in the subsequent proceedings in the
    above-entitled case.

    Hence, the withdrawal of appearance of this representation.

    WHEREFORE, premises considered, undersigned counsel respectfully prays


    that he be allowed to withdraw his appearance in the above- mentioned
    case and that future notices/processes of this Honorable Court and
    pleadings/motions/correspondence from the prosecution in this case be sent
    directly to the Accused or to any counsel who may subsequently

    enter his/her appearance for the Accused and that undersigned be relieved of all his
    responsibilities relative to this case.
    Other reliefs just and equitable according to the sound discretion of this
    Honorable Court are likewise prayed for.
