Greetings!

The Schools Division of Isabela is currently re-implementing the region’s contextualized


assessment program where one of its major activities is the administration of the Regional Exit
Assessment (REA) among Public Elementary and Secondary Schools on July 8, 2021. Being
one of the identified schools in the region, may we ask permission from your good office to
allow us to conduct a virtual orientation program among the selected Grade 10 students
together with their parents on July 1, 2021 at 9:00 AM.

The orientation shall focus on briefing the students and their parents regarding the guidelines in
administering the Regional Exit Assessment (REA) specifically their roles as test-takers and
facilitators during the assessment.

In full commitment to the protection of health and welfare of the students, teachers, personnel
and stakeholders, the Department of Education instructs each Public Elementary and
Secondary School to conduct a virtual moving up ceremony and graduation rites which is
scheduled on July 16, 2021. Hence, may we ask permission from your good office to allow us
to conduct a virtual orientation among Grade 10 completers together with their parents on July
2, 2021 at 9:00 AM.

The orientation aims to inform the students and their parents on the changes in giving awards
and other concerns deemed necessary for the preparation in virtual ceremony.
