1. Vendor should deploy one full-time B. Sc.

Engineer (EEE/CSE) at the BANBEIS office to


find out the initial ICT-related problems and inform concerned wings to resolve the
problem, even if related to other wings like ISP, Oracle, or Website provider.

2. Vendor should have experience in deploying and maintaining central Data Centre with
more than 120 Branch offices (like Upozilla) interconnected to manage centrally in any
Government organization.

3. Vendor have to provide necessary experience document for the above claim either form
Overseas third parties or any government entity.

4. Vendor will be able to provide the necessary technical support to the overall ICT systems
mentioned below:

 Identifying hardware and software problems.


 Maintaining Operating systems’ issues of Red Hat Enterprise Server of e-Survey
Application Servers.
 Maintaining Operating systems issues of Red Hat Enterprise Server of e-Survey Database
Server.
 Maintaining Operating systems issues of different Red Hat Enterprise Servers / Linux
derivative of BANBEIS.
 Maintaining and Troubleshooting BANBEIS Internet Firewall Cisco ASA 5540 etc.
 Maintaining Firewall policy to keep the firewall from external threats.
 Maintaining and Troubleshooting BANBEIS Internet Cisco Router.
 Maintaining and Troubleshooting BANBEIS Core Cisco Switch 4510. management,
 Maintaining and Troubleshooting Cisco Switches at the Modular data center and the
LABs.
 Maintaining and Troubleshooting of the Routers and Switches of BANBEIS
 Maintaining and Troubleshooting 125 Upozilla Cisco Routers and 250 Switches whether
they are getting connected or not and time to time informing ISP (Fiber At Home and
Sumit) about Upozillas Internet issues through the mail.
 The vendor should provide time to time suggestions through their expert panels to
BANBEIS IT officials how BANBEIS can take service from different external service
wings.
 Diagnosing and repairing faults of Workstation PCs.
 Resolving network issues in the possible case.
 Installing and configuring hardware and software.
 Contacting to consent person to quickly get to the root of their problem.
 Providing timely and accurate customer feedback to Authority.
 Vendor should discuss with BANBEIS through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
 Follow up BANBEIS and external partners to resolved a problem.
 Replacing or repairing the necessary parts Providing by BANBEIS.
 Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
 Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
 Managing multiple cases at one time.
 Testing and evaluating new technologies.
 Conducting electrical safety checks on equipment.
 Vendor should have adequate IT person in Different fields for this regard company
profile, and personal details are required.
