    1. Liên từ đẳng lập: coordinate conjunction: dùng trong câu ghép (compound sentence)
    - Có 7 liên từ đẳng lập: FANBOYS
    - bắt buộc phải dùng dấu phẩy để tách mệnh đề.
    For: vì
    E.g. I do this, for I like it.
    And: và
    E.g. I play football, and my brother does, too.
    Nor: mà cũng không (mệnh đề trước là phủ định, mệnh đề chứa nor là mệnh đề khẳng
    định nhưng nghĩa phủ định, bắt buộc phải đảo ngữ giống trật tự của câu hỏi)
    E.g. I didn’t eat apples, nor did I eat oranges.
    But: nhưng
    E.g. Today it is very cold, but I still go to school.
    Or: hoặc/ hay
    E.g. I should eat apples, or I should eat oranges.
    Yet: nhưng (mệnh đề chứa nó phải đảo ngữ giống trật tự của câu hỏi)
    E.g. Today it is very cold, yet do I still go to school.
    So: vì vậy
    E.g. I have tried very much, so I get a good mark.
    2. Liên từ chính phụ: subordinate conjunction: dùng trong câu phức (complex sentence)
    E.g. Because, although, when, if, after, before, until,…

     Subordinate conjunction of concession: liên từ chỉ sự nhượng bộ:


    - althoung, though, even though + SV: mặc dù, tuy  đứng đầu (tách mệnh đề
    bằng dấu phẩy) hoặc giữa câu (không có dấy phẩy tách mệnh đề).
    E.g. Today it is very cold, but I still go to school.
     Although it is very cold today, I still go to school.
     I still go to school although it is very cold today.
    - despite/ in spite of + N/ V-ing: mặc dù, tuy
    E.g 1. Although it is very cold today, I still go to school.
     Despite the cold weather (N), I still go to school.
     Despite the fact that it is very cold today, I still go to school.
    2. Although I am cold, I still go to school. (đồng chủ ngữ)
     In spite of being cold, I still go to school.
    - However, nevertheless + SV: mặc dù vậy, tuy nhiên (đứng đầu câu, tách câu
    bằng dấu phẩy)
    E.g. I am cold. However/ Nevertheless, I still go to school.
