Sir:
A pleasant day!
As the school’s response to DepEd Regional Memorandum No. 55, s. 2021 titled Regional
Brigada Pagbasa Implementation, Tibabo Elementary School plans to implement Brigada sa
Pagbasa within the community.
With the goal of intensifying the efforts exerted to improve the literacy of the Kinder to Grade 6
learners, the school was able to encourage volunteers who will work closely with the teachers
and the School Head in order to provide appropriate and relevant reading interventions and
activities to pre-identified learners.
In this connection, we would like to seek your approval for us to conduct Reading Activities
involving the School Staff, Volunteers and selected pupils on scheduled dates and time from the
month of July to October. Rest assured that we will strictly adhere to the guidelines set by IATF
and that the health and safety of everyone involved are our main priority.
Respectfully yours,

Ma’am:
A pleasant day!
With the release of DepEd Order No. 012, s. 2021 titled Amendment to DO No. 30, s.
2020, the School Calendar and Activities for School Year 2020-2021, the last day of
classes was moved to July 10, 2021. Said adjustment was made to “address learning
gaps and give teachers time to prepare learning materials for distance learning”.
Teachers were required to prepare Individual Daily Log and Accomplishment Reports
(IDLAR) till July ___ and for the School Heads till July __, 2021.
However, the staff of Tibabo Elementary School still reports to school even after said
dates in order to accomplish reports and work on tasks—including LDM, Brigada
Eskuwela, Gulayan sa Paaralan, and IPCRF to name a few. All these were carried out
while strictly adhering with the standards set by the IATF.
In this connection, may we humbly Request for Service Credits appropriate for the
services rendered. Attached herewith is the schedule and set of activities performed for
your reference.
Respectfully yours,
ALMA M. OSIA
School Head
