Cooking Video Proposal


Motif: Filipino Summer Foods

Main Dish: Grilled Milkfish stuffed with Veggies

Inihaw na Bangus or grilled milkfish is a perfect dish to make during warm weather. I like it best when
grilled over charcoal because it gives the fish a nice smoky flavor.

Ingredients:
* 1 medium- Milkfish, with scales but guts removed
* 1 piece- Tomato, diced
* 1 piece- Onion, diced
* 1 tablespoon- Ginger, minced
* 2 teaspoons- Salt
* 70 grams- Oysters Sauce
* 2 medium- Salted Egg

Procedures:
* Wash your Hands first.
* Wash the milk fish. Pat it dry using a paper towel.
* Open the incision and then rub the salt on the inside of the dish. The fish should have an incision either above
or below the belly area.
* Meanwhile, combine tomato, onion, ginger, oyster sauce, salted egg in a large bowl. Gently stir.
* Stuff the mixture inside the milkfish.
* Grill the fish in medium heat for about 20 to 30 minutes per side.
* Serve with toyomansi and chili.
* Share and enjoy!

Rice: Bagoong Rice

Bagoong Rice is a type of fried rice dish that makes use of shrimp paste or bagoong.

Ingredients:
* 3 cups- Steamed White Rice
* 2 tablespoons- Bagoong Gisado
* 1 teaspoon- Garlic, minced
* 1 tablespoon- Cooking Oil
* 1 teaspoon Salt and Pepper
For toppings:
*1/2 Dried Dilis
*1-piece Green mango
*1 Scrambled Egg

Procedures:
* Wash your Hands first.
* Heat a frying pan.
* Pour the oil in the same frying pan.
* When the oil becomes hot, put-in the garlic and then cook for 15 seconds.
* Add 2 tablespoons of shrimp paste and then cook for 30 seconds in medium heat.
* Put-in the rice. Gently mix while cooking until all the ingredients are distributed properly. Cook the rice for
10 minutes while gently scraping the bottom of the pan once in a while.
*Add the Fried Dilis, Burong Manga, and Scrambled Egg as toppings.
* Serve. Share and enjoy!

Salad: Pomelo Salad

Seaweed Salad or Ensaladang Lato is a type of Filipino salad that makes use of edible seaweed as its
main ingredient. These types of seaweeds are sometimes called sea grapes because of its grape-like appearance.

Ingredients:
* 1 whole- Pomelo fruit, rinsed
* 1 medium- Red Onion, minced
* 2 tablespoon- Scallions, minced
* 2 tablespoon- Onion Leeks, minced
* 3 teaspoon- Fish Sauce
* ¼ teaspoon- Salt
* 1 cup- Dried Dilis
* 1 teaspoon- Lemon

Procedures:
* Wash your Hands first.
* Wash properly Pomelo to remove the dirt.
* In a salad bowl, combine Pomelo, red onion, scallions, onion leeks Stir to mix.
* Put the salt and fish sauce. Toss. Let it stay for at last 10 minutes.
* Put the sautéed dried dilis for finishing touch.
* Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve.
* Share and enjoy!
