The Proposed Management Aspect

Introduction
This chapter conveys an organization’s internal structure by detailing the roles,
responsibilities, and relationships between individuals within an entity. It represents an
organization's structure, highlighting the different jobs, departments, and responsibilities
that connect the company's employees to each other and to the management team.

General Manager  Provide and develop a vision,
mission, and organizational
objectives that ensures sustainable
development in order to
accomplish the desired result.
 Develop, outline and implement
plans and strategies to increase
the profitability of company's
products and services.
 Motivate and direct entire
departments or teams within an
organization.
 Review and improve organizational
effectiveness by developing
processes, overseeing employees,
establishing a highly motivated
work environment, and creating
innovative approaches for
improvement.

Chief Marketing Officer  Responsible for overseeing the


planning, development and
execution of an organization's
marketing and advertising
initiatives.
 To generate revenue by increasing
sales through successful
marketing for the entire
organization, using market
research, pricing, product
marketing, marketing
communications, advertising and
public relations.
 Include sales management, new
business development, product
development, distribution channel
management and customer
service.
 Seeking out new ways to deliver
messaging, such as mobile
platforms, video and social media.
Chief Financial Officer  Managing the processes for
financial forecasting and budgets,
and overseeing the preparation of
all financial reporting.
 Identify and address potential
financial risks for the organisation.
 Support financial department in
developing short and long term
financial goals.
 Review financial reports and
determine methods to reduce
costs.
 Studies long-range economic
trends and projects their impact on
future growth in sales and market
share.
Conservation Scientists  In decisions regarding public and
personal use of lands,
conservation scientists help make
them to protect and preserve
natural resources.
 Advising individuals or
organizations on how to best
conserve land or making plans for
how to use a piece of land.
 They mainly promote safe and
ecologically responsible
interactions with natural land.
 Perform studies, develop plans for
reforestation efforts or determine
ecological impacts due to human
activity.
Supervisors  Set goals for performance and
deadlines in ways that comply with
organizational plans and vision
and communicate them to
subordinates.
 Organize workflow and ensure that
employees understand their duties
or delegated tasks.
 Monitor employee productivity and
provide constructive feedback and
coaching.
 Receive complaints and resolve
problems.
 Maintain timekeeping and
personnel records

conservation, and environmental

with conservation.
 A strong general knowledge of
nature is required, which includes
basic survival skills.
 Recognize when important
changes happen or are likely to
happen in a system.
 Analyze ideas and use logic to
determine their strengths and
weaknesses.
