    ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT ON THE ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED FOR
    S.Y. 2020-2021

    I. INTRODUCTION
    Child-Friendly Schools System is a project of United Nations Children’s Fund
    (UNICEF) in collaboration with the Department of Education. The purpose of a CFSS is
    to move schools and education systems progressively towards quality standards,
    addressing all elements that influence the wellbeing and rights of the child as a
    learner and the main beneficiary of teaching, while improving other school functions
    in the process. Quality standards should make it possible for all children to access
    school, survive from grade to grade and complete the cycle on time; they should also
    provide an enriched educational experience through which students can thrive,
    develop, and achieve their full potential.

    The school year 2020-2021 is still blissful for Matab-ang National High School,
    amidst the changes and adaptation to the current challenges we face brought by this
    global pandemic. With the help of stakeholders, parents, teachers, and school head,
    we made a difference and move forward in achieving the goals to promote the
    programs in CFSS through the activities implemented.

    II. ACCOMPLISHMENT

    The following activities are conducted in the school year 2020-2021:

    1. Quarterly monitoring of students at risk of dropping out.


    2. Conducts quarterly evacuation drills for earthquake, fire, flooding, or
    tsunami.
    3. Quarterly health assessment for students and teachers.
    4. School’s early registration.
