What is/are your insight/s on the given quote?

My insights on the given quote are that before there comes a design on
something is that an idea comes first or should we say content. Some things
do not have any content or meaning to have it so it becomes a decoration. It
gives context to the message you're trying to communicate, and without it, you
won't be able to design an interface that motivates users to take action. Also,
it tells that before you have a design there should always be a content on one
thing to give its purpose on how it would have a design. For example, in a
business they won't commit; they won't enter your group if your content is
missing, your message is diluted, and as an industry expert, your brand isn't
conveying the facts to your consumers. Your clients will be unable to relate to
your brand if they do not understand your business or feel a connection to
you. They will be unable to see how you can assist them if they do not
understand your business or feel a connection to you.
