Performance Task.

Getting the body mass index:

a. Get your weight in any form of measuring materials (Kilogram)

b. Get your height using tape measure or meter stick (convert cm to meter
if possible)

c. Use the Formula to solve your Body mass index and identify what
categorize you in weight class

d. Answer the guide questions below

BMI WEIGHT CLASS

BELOW 18.5 UNDERWEIGHT

18.5 - 24.9 NORMAL

25.0 - 29.9 OVERWEIGHT

30.0 and up OBESE
