(b) the Minister of Environment is authorized to sell the provincial land identified below, for recreational
purposes to Brian Douglas Siller and Kelly Marina Siller of Richardson, for the total sale price of $18,000
and to execute any required agreements related to the sale, on behalf of the Government of Saskatchewan:

Saskatchewan Beach Regional Park Authority as originally established by Order in Council 1249/64, dated
July 31, 1964.

3 The Board has considered amending Chapter 4, Document 4.1.1, Page 2 of The Saskatchewan
Assessment Manual – 2015 Base Year, to specify;
(a) that for the purposes of identifying the presence and classification of oil and gas well resource
production equipment so as to determine its replacement cost new using the standard unity method, the
assessor shall use and rely upon information reported by the Saskatchewan Ministry of the Economy
and/or its Minister (or any successor of either) in the administration of The Oil and Gas Conservation Act
and corresponding regulation (or any successor legislation), to the extent such information is available.
4 The Board has applied to the Minister to have the Board Order approved.
5 It is in the public interest to approve the Board Order.
Therefore, pursuant to subsection 12.1(4) of The Assessment Management Agency Act, I hereby approve
the Order of the Saskatchewan Assessment Management Agency dated December 15, 2017 (a copy of which
is attached) which approves the amendment to Chapter 4, Document 4.1.1, Page 2 of The Saskatchewan
Assessment Manual – 2015 Base Year, considered by the Board on December 15, 2017.

AMENDMENT TO THE SASKATCHEWAN ASSESSMENT MANUAL – 2015 BASE YEAR
This is an Order pursuant to clause 12(1)(d) of The Assessment Management Agency Act to amend the
Saskatchewan Assessment Manual – 2015 Base Year as set forth in this Order, The amendment is effective
upon the date of publication in the Gazette:
