2021-22 First Trimester

GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS


Logging in and Appearing for the Examination on WAC Platform
• Exam link: https://examonline.mitwpu.edu.in/

Default Password: 123456
(Password is to be changed after the first login. To change the password, go to Settings in profile
at the top right corner.)
PLEASE NOTE:
• Use Google Chrome Browser (INCOGNITO MODE) only for Windows PCs or Android
phones, and use Safari Browser ONLY on MacBooks and iPhones.
• Anti-Cheating Mechanism: Two anti-cheating mechanisms smartly protect this exam.
o Video Proctor: AI-based intelligent video proctoring. Your video and audio are being recorded
and monitored for any cheating.
o Lock and Track: Your screen activity is being monitored. (No other application should be open
while giving the exam and do not leave the system unattended.).
o Any deviations will be reported as a ‘Violation Message’; you can ignore this message if you
are not doing any malpractice; otherwise, you could be barred from the examination.
• Use of Headphones is strictly PROHIBITED.
• Use of Scientific Calculator is allowed (DON’T USE SYSTEM CALCULATOR).
• For the subjective exam, write one answer on one page and click on ‘ADD DIAGRAM’ to
upload your answer images.
• For any other query: Contact your subject teacher/class teacher

Submitting the Issue / Problem Faced During Mid-Term Examination


To report the technical issue/problem during the examination, use the Google Form given below:

PLEASE NOTE:
• Students can login with any Google Account to fill this form
• Students should enter the correct details while submitting the form.
• Issues reported over WhatsApp will not be addressed.
• You will receive the resolution directly from your Subject Teacher on WhatsApp.
• For an update regarding your issue, please contact your Subject Teacher
• Reporting the same issue multiple times will not accelerate the resolution process. Have
patience, wait for the response from the Subject Teacher.
