15.1. Scope
This Section identifies the responsibilities and defines the control methods
implemented for site assembly for Code items.
15.3. Responsibilities
15.3.1. Construction Coordinator
The Construction Coordinator is appointed by the Operation Manager and is
responsible for overall supervision of field site assembly activities and reports
to Operation Manager.
15.3.2. Construction Engineer
Construction Engineer is responsible for the field site project planning and
coordination production and subcontracted field assembly services. He is
appointed by the Construction Coordinator.
15.3.3. Site QC Inspector
The Site QC Inspector is responsible for receiving and distribution of Code
documents delivered from the shop and performing field site inspection
examination and testing activities as required. He is appointed by the
QA/QC Coordinator. The Site QC Inspector is principle contact for the AI site.
The Site QC inspector shall obtain CM Stamp from the QA/QC Coordinator and
he is responsible for custody and control of the CM Stamp of field site to
prevent loss or unauthorized use. The Site QC Inspector shall return the Code
Symbol Stamp to the QA/QC Coordinator after stamping of the Nameplate at
the field site.
15.8.2.4. The Site Production Foreman shall have complete and exclusive
administrative and technical supervision of all Individuals Services for
Their Welding.
15.8.2.5. The Site Production Foreman shall have authority to assign and
remove welders at his discretion without involvement of any other
organization.
15.8.2.6. Sub-contract welders shall be assigned with welder numbers in
accordance with Section 9 of this Manual.
15.8.2.7. The AIA, which provides the inspection services, shall accept this
program.
