Preventing Errors

In Summary

§ Errors in measurement has two types;

• Systematic Error - this affects the accuracy of the measurement , can br


personal , external and instrumental.

• Random Error - occurs un unpredictable manner, affects the precision of the


measurement.
§ To estimate errors in measurement , variance is used.
