    CHAPTER 1

    PROJECT OVERVIEW

    About the Project

    Nowadays, people are more adventurous, love to try a new taste and

    came up with a new idea of favorite flavors from hobby to a business venture.

    With the increasing demand of milk tea, many local tea shops are

    emerging everywhere, according to (Yan, 2018), eventually it gained its

    popularity many consumers got curious because it’s trendy they can get health

    benefits on tea combined with milk, the refreshing taste with various flavours,

    the creative names of the milk tea shops as an advantage for easily to be

    noticed by the public and most of all the ambiance and level of comfort because

    its aesthetical design attracts the consumer on various café shops as millennial

    termed “instagrammable” that's why they considered perfect place for them

    because it gives a certain fun and cool environment. Mostly milk tea shops

    became the spot for friends to hang out, simply unwind after a busy day at work

    and most likely a place for studying with friends.

    The researchers conduct this project entitled “Sales and Inventory

    Management System” the said system is under the Management Information

    System. The project is to keep manage the sales and inventory and is designed

    RELATED SYSTEMS

    This chapter provides an existing related systems and figures for the

    related systems.

    (2016) is an automated sale and inventory process that help business owners

    track the stock-in and stock-out of their supplies. This inventory system is based

    on hardware supplies only and it was built in Visual Basic 2008 and MySQL

    database. 
    CHAPTER 3

    DIAGRAMS, TABLES AND FIGURES

    This chapter will focus more and present the diagrams, tables and figures

    of the project proposed by the researchers. The data that conducted during

    interview will gathered and interpret through diagrams.

    Business Process

    The business process focuses on internal of the business. The process

    will discuss about on the requesting and ordering of items after that how will be

    going to manage the sales and inventory.
