As administrative office managers, we must supervise the productivity of each

personnel within the organization as we are described as the overseer of an
environment and, at the same time, the entire organization itself if there are any
dysfunctional elements, such as communication, we are the ones who will
provide the organization with effective and strategic management. In terms of
information, we are the ones who will suggest the documents required by the
organization or department to comply.

Furthermore, we must maintain reasonable quantity and quality standards, as

well as ensure quality, reduce serial defects, and eliminate effects. For instance,
if we are to plan, we should integrate the quality and not be too impulsive, but
rather think about it seriously and set an output, and when buying raw materials,
we should avoid buying Class A products if original materials can be obtained to
ensure the high quality of the finished goods.

As administrative office managers it is also our duty to develop effective work

processes and procedures, as every year the organization will be audited to see
if everyone is strictly adhering to the policies. For instances, structural
establishments, if they need to be reconstructed, electrical connections, such as
cables and cords, if they are hazardous, lights, doors, chairs, and other facilities
were all functional.

And, in order to provide a pleasant physical and mental working environment for
the organization's personnel, as well as the ability to think clearly while moving
comfortably, we administrative office managers must value and manage space to
avoid overcrowding.
We are also the ones who determine each employee's duties and responsibilities

responsibilities and camaraderie among subordinates, superiors, consumers, etc.
