THE INTRODUCTION

State your objectives.

We and this business will help to develop our economy by this special and healthy product today. This is
a native delicious chips that will give us a lot of health benefits that will make the customers be at ease
while eating.

The business objectives includes: 1. To make it known the chips industry; 2. To pledge the customers
gratification and provide a high standard or a high quality Taro Chips; 3. To succeed over the number of
competitors; 4. To provide relieved or ease and give convenience by the delicious and unique taste of
Taro Chips.

The business will be located at Paterno Street, Poblacion 1, Infanta, Quezon. It will deliver the
residence of Infanta,Quezon as well as walk-in customers that passby along our store who are in need to
satisfy their cravings and give convenience to the customers.

Describe your business

TC Espesyal is our business name. TC stands for 'Taro Chips' and 'Espesyal' because it is a special
chips. This business is presented by the Grade 9 student- Mikaela de Leon of MCSI Junior High School
with her business partner Clarizza Miras, grade 11 student of Centro Escolar University senior
highschool. They will be the first company who will bring the first 'Taro Chips' in the town. They came up
on this kind of venture because it will take what its taste could be marketable and sellable to the buyers
as the result of conducting feasibility study.

Assess the internal and external environment in the way it will affect the business.

In strengths: New to the market, full of nutrients such as vitamin A C E, vitamin b6, dietary fiber and
many more, clean and Non oily Perceived as “Vendor Friendly”, may contribute to weight loss,
Manufacturer able to focus on production, accessible to buy.

Opportunities: ahieving the target profits, preferable for people who are on a diet plan, innovation
development, distinguishable variant of chips sold in the market

In weaknesses: supply of taro, packaging, resources required to manage, supply requirements, May
trigger allergy for some consumers, may trigger skin irritation.

Threats: Pre-empted market: it is difficult for new comers to enter the market, availability of alternative
variants, Change of consumer preferences.

Describe your pruduct, service and trade.

Taro chips are all natural product and it is nutritious. All types of people are into cravings of it. It can
be a stress reliever especially if students are experiencing stress in school it offered in affordable price

Study the market


One of the most important aspects of opening any new business knows your target market. Taro
chips shops are no exception. You can waste a lot of time, money, and effort marketing to people who
have no interest in chips. It may seem like a lot of work to research your target market and learn how to
market to them, but it will be well worth the effort. Our specific target markets are:families with
children, Teenagers/ students, Millennial, and Adults.

Consider your pricing method.

Our target market is students and more who are currently studying in the said area, not just the
students but also the people around the place. Each pack will be priced at 20-30 pesos. Taro chip’s
intention is to reach their maximum sales capacity of 150,000 packs by the first year. Our product will
be enjoyed and taste as good as other product but in a cheaper amount.

Determine the method of distribution.

Sell directly to the end user through retailers and shopkeepers. For transport, taro chips are
transported to retailers and shopkeepers through private transportation firms. Sell our products directly
to consumers using cycles and own personnel.

Determine job personnel and their specifications.

The business will employ skilled and practiced workers and those workers who are fashionate and
willing to share their proficiency in the said areas. In return to our customers, they will receive a
delightful and content in purchasing the business product and as for ours, the advocator, the profit that
we are expecting to receive and achieve the satisfaction and convenience of our beloved customers the
evolution and the development of our workers in financial profit, we hope and anticipate of more gain
that less.

Prepare your budget.

The owner/s and staff's of the business will identified all of their needs to their products/business.
They will also go or search for a good supplier/s that will help them to canvass for the price of their
possible materials.

Analyze your forecast and decide whether to go on with the plan.

We will use another Promo's that will help our business to know and increase/back again our
income. We will also advertised that our business had giving a discounts. In addition, we will also give an
additional and new product/s for our business that will help us to increase and bring back our title.

After all we identified or settle of all our business needs, we will start to open our business or our
“Taro Chips Espesyal”.
