MATERIALS

PROCESS FLOW
• Preparation of supplies and materials
• Weighing of fish
• Washing, chopping/cutting of fish (3-4 cut/ pc)
• Mixing (1 kg. of fish + 1kg. of molasses
• Mix all fish trash, gills and entrails in plastic
pail and add molasses using a wooden ladle
• Put nylon screen on top of the mixture
• Put 5-8 pcs of stones on top of the nylon screen
• Wipe the mouth of the container
• Cover with two layer of manila paper and tie with rubber
band
• Label and keep in dark cool room for 15 days
• Completely close the cap after the week or when there are
no bubbles going up.
Expiry: 6 months
Dosage: 2 tbsp. of FAA mix with 1 liter of water
Application:
Animals
Mix it with drinking water at the dosage of 2:1 ratio,
two times a week
It can also be mixed with the feeds at the same
frequency
Plants
Prepare the same dosage and spray to the plants base
and nearby soil 1-2 times a week
Fermented Plant Juice (FPJ)
Natural Growth Enhancer
Materials:
1 kg. kangkong
1 kg. camote tops
1 kg. banana trunk
1.5 kg. molasses
PROCESS FLOW
• Clean and wash plant materials and Drain for 5 minutes
• Slice and cut to an inch size
• Mix all plant materials thoroughly in plastic pail and add
molasses using a wooden ladle
• Put nylon screen on top of the mixture
• Put 5-8 pcs of stones on top of the nylon screen
• Wipe the mouth of the container
• Cover with two layer of manila paper and tie with rubber
band
• write markings on the masking tape (name and date of
fermentation) and keep in dark cool room for 7 days
• Filter the liquid and keep in plastic container
(do not close the cap tightly)
• Completely close the cap after the week or when there are
no bubbles going up.
Expiry: 6 months

Materials:
1 kg. garlic
1 kg. ginger
200 grms. Mascuvado sugar
2.2 liters pure coconut vinegar
PROCESS FLOW
• Skin the garlic and ginger
• Weighing and cut the garlic into halves and slice the ginger into quarter of an
inch
• Mix the garlic and ginger in a container and add 200 grms muscovado
• Wipe the mouth of the plastic pail, cover with manila paper and tie with
rubber band
• Mark the name and date of fermentation (First stage of fermentation – 3
days)
• Open the cover and add 2.2 liters of pure coco vinegar (1:1 solution 3 days
after) cover and seal with rubber band or masking tape
• Label and ferment it for 10 days (first extraction)
• Filter the liquid and keep it in plastic container

• The concoction is ready to use for animals
• Add the extracted mixture same amount of vinegar and add sili, madre de
cacao, hagonoy, lemongrass and ferment for 10 days (second extraction)

at the dosage of 2:1 ratio, 1-3 times a week

Plants
Use the second extraction, prepare the same dosage
and spray to the plants affected by insects 1-3 times a
week. Stop application when there are no more
insects present
Indigenous Microorganisms (IMO)
Beneficial Microorganisms
Materials:
1 kg. Commercial rice
2 kg. Molasses
Wash rice properly and first rice wash maybe set aside to be
used for LABS.
Transfer the cooked rice inside the bamboo through using the
wooden ladle.
Cover with two layer manila paper and tie with rubber bond.
Wrap the bamboo pole with a clean plastic then, tie with
rubber bands and keep it under the bamboo shade covered
with dried leaves for 3 -5 days
Materials:
900 ml. coms milk
100 ml. clear liquid fermented rice
1 liter molasses
• Use the first wash liquid from the cooked rice previously set
aside
• Put the liquid in a transparent container, cover the container
with manila paper and label
• Let it undergo the first stage of fermentation for 7 days.
• Use the 1 liter fresh milk pack and remove 100 ml (10%)
• Extract 100 ml from the fermented first wash liquid of the
cooked rice and add to the fresh milk pack. Take the liquid
between the bottom and top layer of the fermentation
• Return the cover of the pack, fix with masking tape and label
• Keep in dark cool room for 5 days
• Drain the liquid and filter by separating the sludge from the
liquid and measure the liquid and add same amount of
molasses
