Uka Tarsadia University Online Student Examination Form Filling

Uka Tarsadia University has started Examination Form Filling Process

through Online Mode, whereby
students can fill their Regular/ATKT Examination Forms by their own within published schedule using
lnternet Technology platform.

Due care has to be taken by students while selecting subjects (as applicable, for
Elective/ATKT/lmprovement Subjects) because once subject selection is done, modification of
selected subjects is not allowed.

Students can filltheir Examination Forms in following category.

1. Regular Examination Form

2. ATKT Examination Form
3. lmprovement Examination Form
lmprovement Rule is applicable to pG students...
1) who got < 50% Aggregate Marks in Concern Semester (Reference UTU
Circular No. 16/2014 dtd. 18.11.2014).
2)who got <5 SGPA in concern Semester (Reference UTU Notification No.
02 I 2076 dtd. 29.2.201,61.

Following Step by Step Procedure has to be followed by students for filling Examination Forms of
respective semester:

IMPORTANT: Contact UTU Examination Section for any issuelproblem in the process. Send details
of problem with computer screenshot of error as attachrnent to coe@utu.ac.in.

USEFUL TIP: Try using different web browsers/check internet connectivity/try fitling exam form
again after some time interval 2-3 times before reporting issue/probtem to exam section.

Step- Verify semester, fees, fine, and subjects carefully and click on "Fees Process" button.

Step-5 Once again verify the examination subject list and click on "Make payment,,. lf
wrong subjects are selected by you, click on "Go back to edit selection" and make correction. This
is allowed before clicking "Make Payment" button.

"View" button to view the examination form fee payment receipt.
