    ATTENTION: MORTIMER Y. MACOY, Auctioning Sheriff

    GREETINGS:

    PAGLAUM MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE, by the Undersigned Legal Officer, most


    respectfully manifests and submits:

    That respondent has already fully settled his obligation together with all the costs and incidental
    expenses of the foreclosure proceedings;

    For this reason, withdrawal and cancellation of the extra-judicial foreclosure of real estate
    mortgage proceedings becomes a matter of course.

    WHERFORE, IN VIEW OF THE FOREGOING, Petitioner hereby withdraws its petition and
    cancels the Extra-Judicial Foreclosure of Real Estate Mortgage proceedings.

    Other reliefs, just and equitable under the premises, are likewise prayed for.
