PSSR is basically an aftermarket consultant of customers. He helps his customers to lower and manage
their equipment owning and operating costs. He advises customers when it is time to order parts based
on equipment’s condition and age, applications, and his customer goals.

He is making sure that his customers are making the right maintenance and service decisions, for the
right reasons – for their entire fleet.

He is doing TA1 and TA2 inspections, and CTS (Custom Track Service) for free as a product support to
his customers.

 I was assigned the in Al Bahar CAT -Sharjah warehouse for 4 days just to learn the Parts
binning, parts segregation, and picking list matching.

I used to join Quiz Bee during my Elementary and High School days. I was a member of LXG (League
of Extraordinary Gentlemen) at PUP, Lopez Campus thru which I was able to have a teaching
experience to high school students for Social Studies and 1987 Philippine Constitution.

it helped you become a better person.

I was in UAE for more than 2 years. There, I worked as Product Support for Parts and Service. I got
practical training on the field. I am always outside with our Field Service Technicians. Thus, I learned how
to do PDI on machines, and conduct the PMS required for Gensets and Material Handling equipment. It
helped me to easily identify the parts and components. Understand the service manuals, parts reusability
guidelines, and misc. repairs of components.

Here at KSA, on daily basis I am on travels. I meet many customers from different companies for which I
am able to learn how they run their business and how we can back them up using our equipment and
aftersales support.

VII. To sum up please write an essay on how your attaining a degree contribute to your personal development, your
community, your workplace, society, and country.

It will give me more qualifications and thus I will be included to those professionals who can at least maintain the
power-producing machines, such as electric generators, internal combustion engines, and steam gas turbines, as
well as power- using machines, such as refrigeration and air- conditioning systems. To the society, Mechanical
Engineers do eliminate excessive usage of resources by optimizing and improving efficiency. They help to reduce
human effort and makes work easy.
