The given line graph illustrates the percentage of tourists to England who visited Art Gallery,

Pier, Pavilion and Festival in Brighton.

Overall, it can be clearly seen that tourists who visited Pavilion and Pier increased slightly,
however there was a slow increase in the number of visitors who visited Art Gallery and Festival
over the given time frame.

To begin with, tourists who visited Pavilion and Pier started at 24% and 10% respectively in
1980. 4% minimal rise followed by 12% sharp growth between 1980 and 1990. After increasing
by 8%, it reached the highest point at 48% in 1995. Pavilion’s visitors declined rapidly by 13%
during next 5 years. Then, it dropped until 30% 2000 to 2005. When it comes to Pier, the
number of tourists fluctuated at around 12% over the long period of time. From 2000 to 2005,
there was a marginal climb by 4% and after 5 years, it hit the peak at 22% in the year 2010,
exceeding number of tourists in Art Gallery at 15% in 2005.

Looking at the information in more details, it is conspicuous that although number of visitors
made up the highest point among all criteria, it fell dramatically during this period.
There was a fluctuation at 28% during first 20 years. After 2000, the number of tourists
remained stable at 28%. Moving to Art Gallery’s visitors, it started at 21% in 1980 and
reached the climax increasing by 17% over the next 5 years. From 1985 to 1990, it
went down quickly by 18%. There was a gradual jump between 1995 and 2000.
Throughout next each 5 years, approximately it decreased by 2% and it hit the lowest
point at 8% in 2010.
