of the Gulf Technical Regulation of Low Voltage Electrical Equipment and Appliances (BD-1420004-01) – List 2.
The Notified Body certifies that this Electrical Equipment has been found to comply with the essential requirements of the
safety objectives and the requirements of the electromagnetic compatibility of the Gulf Technical Regulation on Low Voltage
Electrical Equipment and Appliances BD-142004-01 list (2) subjected to the Conformity Assessment Procedure set out in
Annex (4).
1. It applies only to the product(s) submitted and as detailed in the Technical Construction File (TCF).
2. It does not imply that the Notified Body has performed any surveillance or control of the manufacture(s).
3. The manufacturer(s) shall ensure that the manufacturing process assures compliance of the production units with the
examined products mentioned in this certificate.
4. The manufacturer shall inform the Notified Body of any modifications made to the examined product; this may lead to
additional approval work resulting in cancellation, amendment and/or reissuance of this Gulf Type Examination Certificate.
