SUMMARY OF SAFETY STUDIES

HAZARD IDENTIFICATION STUDY (HAZID) – As Leader

1. HAZID study for ABU-A platform of Petronas Cargali – Minimal Relocatable Integrated production
platform – Four leg, 12 drilling slots and two offshore pipelines (fuel gas and crude oil) to FSO located
2 km away from platform
2. HAZID study for ABU FSO – Asset belongs to Petronas Carigali – ABU FSO is a converted tanker
consisting of 11 cargo tanks, 8 ballast tanks and 2 slop tanks. It receives oil from ABU A and
discharges oil to shuttle tankers.
3. HAZID study for Trans Thailand Malaysia (TTM) gas pipeline project – 36” X 94 km long onshore
pipeline to convey 1020 MMSCFD gas at MAOP of 69 bar g.
4. HAZID study for Guntong EOR (Enhanced Oil Recovery) Early WAG project at Tapis Q and Guntong C
platforms – Operator is ExxonMoibl Exploration and Production Malaysia Inc and Ranhill Worley is the
EPC company.
5. HAZID study (Independent review and closeout) for ENI Jangrik subsea gas field development on
behalf of FMC Technologies Singapore. The field consists of Jangrik Main Field (JKK) and Jangrik North
East Field (JNE). The field will be developed from five drilling centers, three for JKK and two for JNE,
each with manifold and forming a cluster with the tied back wells.
6. HAZID study for “Sea Base” Mobile offshore drilling unit (MODU) converted by Sapura Kencana to an
accommodation rig. 3-deck structure
7. HAZID study for Marginal Marine Production Unit (MaMPU) of MISC Berhad. Total liquid handling
capacity is 15,000 BLPD and maximum gas handling is 25 mmscfd. The unit is operated by Vestigo
Petroleum.
8. HAZID study for CJ70 Jack-up drilling rig for Maersk Drilling Holdings Singapore Pte Ltd (Maersk). The
main equipment involves cuttings handling, slop cleaning, ROV, Electrical / mechanical wire line, mud
logging.
9. HAZID for Nitrogen Generation Unit of Ingasco / Taiyo Nippon Sanso at Philippines.
10. HAZID study for SAPA Water injection retrofit at South Acis Main Production Platform (SAPA) of

AGO pumps to increase loading at loading gantry.
