Team and Responsibilities

 Analysis and Design:

 Analyze and design requirements needed for system impact, prepare documentation
and / or specifications, and lead or advise on walk-throughs relative to forms work

 As a subject matter expert, provide strategic design and development guidance to


achieve customer objectives. Recommend efficient and cost effective solutions.

 Partner closely with Business Analysis Lead to elicit business and technical requirements
to ensure overall implementation solution meets desired need

 Customer Engagement - Responsible for creating a collaborative strategy relative to forms


development:

 Provide consultative services and extract true business needs

 Act as trusted advisor / authority on the ideal forms approach relative to system and
technical capabilities

 Remote requirements elicitation and business solution development

 Drive innovative solutions to meet customer’s unique or challenging business needs

 Discipline Advancement

 Identify and drive strategic solutions to problems and develops a plan for roll-out with
continuous improvement as goal

 Actively share and promote the exchange of ideas and best practices across the
discipline

 Work with and mentor team members with their initiatives / projects. Anticipate the
impact that their decisions could have on the broader effort and adjusts accordingly

 Seek opportunities to learn new functionality, insurance content, or general skills that
directly correlate to providing a high quality product. Actively share newly learned
knowledge with others

 Has oversight and work coordination responsibilities for multiple / varied staff efforts
and discipline initiatives

Qualifications:

 Deep expertise in end-to-end forms creation / processing

 Expert ability to extract business need and transform to a technical solution

 Strong written and verbal communication skills; Must be able to work effectively with a wide
variety of individuals, management, engineering, project management, and technical staff

 Ability to work through complex problems to reach a workable solution


 Content expertise in the planning and execution of forms creation

 Works well in a matrix organization

Requirements:

 Required

 Must have Bachelors Degree

 Experience in the Business Analyst role

 Must be able to demonstrate understanding of XML

 Must have basic knowledge of data types

 Must have basic knowledge of conditional logic and conditional operators

 Must be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, presentation


and negotiation skills

 Proficient in use of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

 Candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized

 Must have strong ethics: Handle responsibilities with integrity and the highest standards
of professionalism

 Preferred

 Commercial Lines Insurance experience
