the morning for the reason of always 1.Bad Sleeping Habit overthinking things and it stressed me out but now I am adjusting to the way I discipline myself to stop thinking about things and reduce the use of cellphone and sleep for more than eight hours. Before it really burnt me out when I have so many school works to finish and that really stressful for me. Now, I handle it by creating a checklist 2. School works wherein I can list all my unfinished activities and performances and then when there are times that it is too hard for me, I ask for others help because now I tend to do hard ones before the easy ones so that I still can have time to rest easy. There are times that my family doesn’t support me on the things that I love or wants and that made me very sad and it concerns me to the extent that I’m 3. Now, I try to communicate with them if there are things that they don’t approve or dislike and sometimes I ask for their opinions and advices on a particular thing that’s why I am now more open to them and also them that is why little by little it is being handled.
