Stressful Situation How I Handle It

I used to be still awake until 3 am in


the morning for the reason of always
1.Bad Sleeping Habit overthinking things and it stressed me
out but now I am adjusting to the way
I discipline myself to stop thinking
about things and reduce the use of
cellphone and sleep for more than
eight hours.
Before it really burnt me out when I
have so many school works to finish
and that really stressful for me. Now, I
handle it by creating a checklist
2. School works wherein I can list all my unfinished
activities and performances and then
when there are times that it is too
hard for me, I ask for others help
because now I tend to do hard ones
before the easy ones so that I still can
have time to rest easy.
There are times that my family doesn’t
support me on the things that I love or
wants and that made me very sad and
it concerns me to the extent that I’m
3. Lack of Support on the verge of being depress. Now, I
try to communicate with them if there
are things that they don’t approve or
dislike and sometimes I ask for their
opinions and advices on a particular
thing that’s why I am now more open
to them and also them that is why
little by little it is being handled.
Before I really don’t trust people that
easily because I feel like they are going
to leave me, deceived me or betrayed
me and that’s what trigger my anxiety
4. Trust Issues and concerns that it comes to like I’m
shaking like always but now, little by
little I am handling it by being open to
other people and socializing.
Our family is really not perfect and
we’re always incomplete. It broke me
every time we argue and never
reconcile for months and my mom's
friend told me that I might be depress
because she is a nurse and most of the
5. Family Problem times, I’m telling her my stories and
I’m in denial of course, so I told to
myself that I can handle this and yes, I
did. I handle it by talking to my family
sometimes my concerns and problems
with them even if they don’t like what
I’ve said I just did and I’m always
meditating to release all my negativity
on me.
