Identification of risk factors for a project involving the available budget and reporting the

Reconciling of the various finishing works as per the BOQ and the actual quantities for the
clearance and smooth moving of the project.
Raise The RA Bills on time and justify the RA Bills with the clients and certify the amount.
Estimation of the building structures, and the value of the project and ensuring the quantities
for the Running account Bills on time.
Raising or clarifying the Sub Contractor bills and estimating the value of true work.
Estimation and billing of the Barbending schedules, shuttering, RCC, PCC quantities and
other important activities for the building upcoming RA Bills.
