    This article describes extensively how post graduate nursing is one of the most flexible

    profession in the healthcare industry. The relevance it has to my career aspirations is that I am

    able to relate to some of the career tips successes highlighted by the author. It also provides a

    post graduate blueprint that will help put my nursing profession in line with the education I have

    attained. I aspire to take a management position that would set my sight on many opportunities

    that would help advance my career. I can achieve a goal by selecting a specialty. So, to become

    a mental health specialist, I have chosen this specialty because I feel passionate about it and I

    believe it will increase my knowledge in the field. Obtaining variety of certifications is another

    goal which I believe I can achieve if I put in the work. Providing nursing services to people in

    remote area is a goal I aspire to accomplish in collaboration with my classmates. This is a

    charitable nursing career that will help to make a difference in the lives of so many people.

    Applications to my definition of success

    i. This article is relevant to my career aspirations such that I am able to relate to some of the

    career tips success that has been highlighted by the author.

    ii. It provides a post-graduation plan that will help make the nursing profession relevant

    with my attained education.

    iii. I aspire to take a management position sometime in the future and setting my sight on a

    management position is an open door to many opportunities.


    iv. Selecting a specialty is a goal I believe that I can achieve. In reflecting on my career path,

    becoming a mental health specialist is a specialty I feel passionate about, which will

    increase my knowledge in the medical field.

    v. Providing nursing services to people in remote area is a goal I aspire to accomplish in

    collaboration with my class mates.  This is a charitable nursing career that will help to

    make a difference in the lives of so many people.
