These Instructions contain very important information about the features and functions of the
testing system it is very important that you read these instructions prior to taking an exam to
insure you have a successful exam experience.
Note:
Some Developers running Internet Explorer 7 are
receiving errors with the autosave feature. The exam will still finish normally and be graded but if you
receive this error and lose Internet connection your answers will be lost.
Our IT Department is looking into the problem but it is not consistent and it is recommended that you
upgrade to IE 8.
Instructions:
Once the exam has been started you have five Navigation buttons:
Flag / UnFlag Allows you to mark a question that you want to return to later.
It can then be UnFlagged.
The exam will be electronically graded and your score will be displayed. From the main screen you
can select “See reports on past assessments” and view a Coaching Report of your exam.
Important - Do not use the Explorer browser buttons to navigate inside an exam. You will lose
connection and have to start over. If you lose internet connectivity for any reason, the exam will have
to be started over from your last “save” (timer continues to run).
Note: If you want to return to a saved exam you must check the “Show list of any unfinished
assessments” box before you login.

Your Web account is enabled to allow access to the Certified Systems Integrator Developer Testing
Area. This account will be valid for one year. At that time it can be renewed at your request.

successful result.
To Start an Exam:
Go to: https://team.invensys.com/Pages/CSITesting.aspx
User Name is the Email Address used when you registered with Tech Support.
Password is the one you chose when you registered with Tech Support.
If you don’t know the password use the "Forgot my Password" button on the log-in screen and it will
be emailed to you.
From this page select “Enter CSI Developer Test Area”. You will then be placed at the exam system
login page.
You are allowed five (5) attempts per exam, each time you start an exam you will be notified of how
many attempts remain. After the fifth attempt the exam will be removed from the available exam list.
This will not affect the other exams.
If you fail an exam, the exam will not be available again for seven (7) days.
Participants for whom English is a second language may alternatively take the exam in three parts in
three separate test sessions. To achieve certification for one of these products the participant must
pass all three exam parts:
* This exam is a sub-set of the standard InTouch 10.1 exam. It allows a developer who uses InTouch for ArchestrA
visualization to get certified without having to become an expert on all of the stand alone InTouch functionality. This is not
a replacement for the standard InTouch certification and passing this exam does not make you InTouch certified. It is an
add-on certification for ArchestrA developers who are System Platform certified but do not need stand alone InTouch
certification
