SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That I, MERLE GAMALE CANDOLE, of legal age, Filipino citizen, a

resident of Purok 7, San Roque, Leonardo, Nueva Ecija, do hereby NAME,
CONSTITUTE AND APPOINT my brother, JACINTO GAMALE CANDOLE JR.,
also of legal age, with residence at Pag-asa Village, Matina Aplaya, Davao City,
to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and
stead, and for my own use and benefit, to do and perform all or any of the
following acts and things, namely:
1. To represent me in all acts necessary to process before the

Bureau of Internal Revenue, Tagum City, Davao del Norte, for
the application and issuance of my Tax Identification
Number (TIN);
2. To represent me in all acts necessary in the transfer of the
registration of TCT No. C-27388 registered under the name of
our late father, JACNITO G. CANDOLE SR. to our name;
3. To represent me and sign on my behalf the EXTRA-JUDICIAL
SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE of our late father JACNITO G.
CANDOLE SR., specifically pertaining to the land situated in
New Cortez, New Corella, Davao del Norte, and with Transfer
of Certificate of Title No. C-27388;
4. To make payments, sign papers, execute any document, and
other writings of whatever nature necessary for the said
undertaking;
5. To receive for and in my behalf any necessary documents or
proceeds pertaining thereto;
6. And to generally do and perform all and every act which may
be requisite, necessary or proper to carry out the above
purposes.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorney-in-fact full

power and authority to do and perform every act and thing whatsoever
requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to
all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present,
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney shall lawfully
do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 21 st day

of October 2021 at Tagum City, Davao del Norte.
