Executive Summary:
Our objective is to provide a solution that will comprehensively meet the Client. Requirements.
The aim is to provide comprehensive solution in a collaborative environment to meet the business
objectives. The Website should be interactive, easy to use and meet the latest technologies and all
the requirements of Client.
As per the project requirement document finalized with Client, we will gather the requirements,
analyze, design, develop, implement, test and deploy the required features in website development
according to the guidelines and schedules stated in the proposal.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Purpose
The purpose of this document is to provide information to the Client Committee sufficient to allow
their endorsement of the development, maintenance, domain, hosting, and use of website.
This document explains the high-level technical and functional requirements, and provides
information about the roles and responsibilities needed to support website. The document also
includes a cost estimate for developing and maintaining website for Client.
Scope
This Functional and Technical Requirements Document outlines the functional,

performance, security and other website requirements.
The scope of this work includes the initial development of the web site, based on information and
feedback gathered during the Phase 1 Pilot. References to future development considerations are
included in this proposal for information purposes only.

Design: Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator for designing UI and UX of the
Application.
Website Development: PHP
Back-End Development: MySQL for database.

Information & Coordination
Upon start of the project Client is responsible to provide Website Content along with relevant
images. Points of Contact relevant to this project should be in touch with regards to development
and data entry. Once the project has received Executive Committee approval, this document will
serve as a formal MOU detailing the agreed upon responsibilities and requirements.
System Documentation
There is no anticipated need for an end-user guide as system will include an intuitive user
interface.UZ Developers will train Client I.T representative on how to modify data on their
website and manage CMS Users Rights.
Rights to Code and Data / Data Ownership
UZ Developers, as the primary developer, shall retain all right and ownership of website including
but not limited to source code. Client shall retain all right and ownership in its data.
Terms and Conditions:
1) All the development will be done as per agreed requirement document definition only.
2) UZ developers will provide support to gather relevant information regards to designing and
company policies.
3) UZ Developers will provide the resources while deployment.
4) Any Changes in the agreed requirement document will affect the time and cost of development.
5) Validity of the above price remains 15 days from the quote date.
6) On-site support / Services shall be charged over and above.
7) Any other software and hardware need to be procured by the customer directly, or requested from
UZ Developers, which may carry additional charges.
8) The Charges are exclusive of Federal, Provincial and Local VAT or Sales taxes / services tax. Any
Sales / services or similar usage / consumption taxes applicable currently or in future will be borne
by KCCI.
9) The increase/decrease of requirement will be sole decision of UZ Developers.
10) 50% Advance Payment is required for order confirmation with Purchase Order. Development of
Web Portal will start after advance payment. 35% percent after completion of project. SOP and
training will be provided after final invoice and payment.
11) ERP Delivery will be in modules and phases.
12) UZ Developers will provide support and bug fixes for 1 months after project deployment.
UZ Developers will charge client if Maintenance is required, Also UZ Developers will submit their
Yearly Service Level Agreement for Maintenance as per Client needs.
