Prospect to Study Bachelor in Germany
Public universities in Germany are tuition-free for all students. Germany is a higher education
paradise. Unlike in any other country, in Germany, you will find many worldwide ranked
universities, countless courses to choose from, globally valued degrees that promise high
employability to you, and affordable living costs.
There are very few costs to apply in Germany most likely 15,000 takas if you apply for 4 to 5
universities. From 1 January 2021, the amount required to be deposited into the German
blocked account when applying for a student visa to Germany is €10,332 or 861€ per month for
your planned stay (up to 12 months) which means you need to block almost €10,332 or 10
Lakhs taka which you will get back in 12 months after arriving in Germany on a monthly basis
861€ or almost 80 thousand takas per month. Overall, approximately 12 lakhs taka is needed
for a full process including all and plane fare also for a German student visa where 10 lakhs
taka you will get back in 12 months after arriving in Germany. So you can say only 2 lakhs is the
actual cost for a german student visa.
As a student, you are able to work in Germany alongside their studies, for 120 full days or 240
half days per year or 20 Hours in a Week. And you can work full time during vacation. The
minimum salary for one hour is 10 euros so you can earn 200 euros in a week and a minimum
of 800 euros in a month. There are English-speaking part-time jobs in Germany. But if you

After working in Germany for two years you can apply for Permanent Residence Permit (EU
Blue Card). After studying, working, and living in Germany for seven years you can apply for
Citizenship in Germany without German language proficiency, or after 6 years with German
language proficiency of B1.

➔ For English Taught program: HSC + University 1-year (25% credit).
➔ For German Taught program: HSC + German B1 Language.
