Your Voltas.Beko Refrigerator is covered for a comprehensive warranty of 2 years from date of purchase
and additional 10 years warranty on compressor (2 Years Standard + 10 Years extended only on compressor)
irrespective of whether product is in use or not.

Warranty conditions:

• Warranty covers repair or replacement of functional spare parts if needed as a result of faulty
material, defective components or manufacturing defect to make the unit functional and does
not entitle replacement or refund of entire unit, or refund of money. However,any civil,
plumbing or electrical addition / alteration to install, shift the product will be within the scope
of the customer.

• The Company will make their best of efforts to repair or the required parts as and when
required in the best possible time, but will not be bound for repairs within a specified
period of time.

• Any breakage of part, component due to customer handling or accessories external to


the unit will not be in the scope of this warranty.

• Warranty is personal to the original purchaser / customer and is not transferable.

• Customer must produce proof of purchase like original bill/ invoice of the product as and
when required by the service or company personnel. Warranty card alone as proof of
purchase will not make customer eligible for warranty.

• The warranty shall not be applicable if the product has been used for non-residential or
commercial purpose.

• The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, consequential or
damage or loss (including loss of profits,use,goodwill) arising from or related to this warranty.

• In case the warranty obligation could not be met due to any condition beyond our control,
commercial settlement will be done considering the depreciation value of the product,
based on the purchase date. The Company’s decision in this regard shall be final
and conclusive.

• This Warranty becomes void if there is any unauthorized repair,tampering, alteration,


modification, misuse or damage to the Product.

• Warranty shall not be applicable in case of use of faulty stabilizer or in case of power
surge/fluctuations.

• Repairs required due to corrosion or rust or leaks due to corrosive environment shall not be
covered by this Warranty.

• Terms of this Warranty shall not apply in case the product serial number is removed
or defaced.

• This Warranty is not applicable to any defects and damages arising from force majeure
conditions, accident, negligence, misuse, lack of proper care or handling and operation.
• Free installa�on or demo of the product if applicable can be availed only once within a month
of purchase of the product and any addi�onal installa�on, re loca�on or demo will be carried
out on chargeable basis.

• Defec�ve parts replaced if any during the warranty period will be taken back
by our service center.

• Services during the warranty period as per condi�ons men�oned above within municipal
limits of the town/city where our service center is available will be provided free and
for services outside the municipal limits will a�ract travelling and transporta�on
charges as applicable.

• In case of any dispute or claims se�lement arising out of current warranty will be subject to
jurisdic�on of court in Mumbai only.

• The Company assumes no responsibility or liability for its authorized agents or distributors.
No credit or other reimbursement shall be issued for any repair performed by third par�es,
