over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse
sand), including grouting the joint with white cement & matching
pigments etc. complete as per direction of engineer incharge

61 to 80 Kg. all as specified and directed.

23 Providing and fixing of UPVC ventilators of approved make Sqm

including frames made of sections adhering to the BS 7413 code.
The rate is also inclusive of glass and silicon sealant. Weatherseal
is to be provided and is generally bubble EPDM as per ASTM-
D412&ASTM- D2240. The shade and type shall be as per the
specifications provided by the Architect

applied coats to required slope and level with smooth finish etc.,

27 Providing and laying two coats of Brush Bond Waterproof Plastering Sqm
(Fosroc or equivalent make as approved) over Terrace slab , after
making necessary cleaning, chipping etc., for receiving the applying
coat including PVC outlets spout(1 No.) of 50mm dia and 30cms. long,
haunching all the corners with concrete M-20 using 12mm down size
and plastering 25mm thick(average) over the applied coats to required
slope and level with smooth finish etc., complete as per the directions
of the Architects.
Supply and application of M 20 grade concrete screed with average
thickness of 75 mm while maintaining a 2:1 slope towards
drains/outlets. Cutting and providing grooves of size 20 mm wide or
one third of the thickness of the concrete within 48 hours of laying of
the concrete to form bays of 2Mtrs X 2Mtrs using heavy duty cutting
machine with diamond cutting wheel and filling of the grooves with
appropriate polysulphide sealant.
