Title: Academic Program
Title: Academic Program
Title: Academic Program
Introduction: For any educational institute students are most important asset high school and senior high
have no value without students. Economic and social development of a school is directly associated with
academic performance of students. The academic performance of the students has gained significant attention in
past researchers. Nowadays many students are not excelling in their academic performance or activities. We are
advocating a program that will help student have to excel and we will guide them from doing a seminar for
them, we will suggest to them good techniques and plan and we will have an activity to enhance their self-
confidence according to what we see in many students. And also we will encourage them to be diligent to their
study, so our main topic or the main idea we will discuss to them is a Group Studies, so why group study first to
be able for them to learn how to participate and second they will boost their confident also and by doing group
activity they will be more responsible to what work that are assign to them according to their want and strength.
We care about every student and are dedicated to providing an education that allows our entire student to
succeed. There are several issues that under circumstances, one might assume that the field of school –based
prevention has not advanced very far. The intent of secondary is to help student’s difficulties. It is believed that
the earlier intervention occurs, the likelihood to success .in our words, it makes senses to intervene when
problems are just beginning rather than to wait for them to fail.
PURPOSE/NEED
In the society 65% of students who participates in one group/and other academic or the other comes
out with a poor result even after the have taken enough time to adequately prepare for examination, quiz, Group
activities etc. So the probable solution for these is we need to encourage them to be more active and prevent
laziness and if we do not do this and not train student to be hardworking and be active to school the effect is low
grade and this is the reason that we are making this advocacy, to help them to be active specially in group
activities. The purpose of academic program review is to guide the development of academic programs on a
continuous basis. Program review is a process that evaluates the status, effectiveness, and progress of academic
programs and helps identity the future directions, needs, and priorities of those programs. Academic program
review is to examine, assess, and strengthen programs the areas in which program quality are evaluated include,
but are not limited to quality of educational programs, including an assessment of student. Outcomes, quality of
research, creative activity, or scholarly work, quality of outreach activities and service to the University, the
profession, and the community, contribution or importance of the program to other campus programs, and
potential and future expectations for the program
As such, it is closely connected to strategic planning, resource allocation, and other decision-making at the
program and department. External academic teams discuss departmental plans for the future including
departmental plans for the future including departmental goals and plans to achieve those goals. The program
review process should focus on improvements that can be made using resources that currently are available to
the program. The most common unit for review will be a single interdisciplinary program. We asses program
quality, viability and facilitate appropriate program to improve them. We aim to develop processes and
guidelines to ensure that academic program are good for their improvement. Internally created mechanisms,
such as faculty evaluation, performance plans internal program, reviews, observation of instruction course. This
responsibility will be review, evaluate and make recommendation about academic programs as they are
formally review in the program review process. Specific function will be conduct a preliminary editorial review
for each program self –study report. The aims to investigate the factors influencing students’ academic
performance.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This section lists the courses, activities or instructional program to be teach; the importance of participating
the activities; and their involvement to their co students; and the program will be leading them to discover their
strength and skill in academic. It discusses the students or participants to be selected and served by the program,
As well as plans for faculty retreats, negotiation with cooperating institutions, released time to write
instructional materials, and so on. As always, a Timeline is a good idea. Most sponsors want to see a plan for
evaluating the outcome of the activities, e.g., academic or career tracking, publications, participation numbers,
new databases, course evaluations. Before concluding with the Institutional Resources, Personnel,
and Budget sections, special attention should be given to a section entitled Institutional Commitment. Here
the agreements made by various departments and cooperating institutions are clarified, and the willingness of
the home institution to carry on the program once it has proven itself is certified. This section is crucial to the
success of curriculum development programs because, in contrast to research programs, they have a profound
impact on the host institution. Funding agencies need to be reassured that an institution that has only responded
to a funding opportunity without reflecting soberly upon the long-range commitments implied will not waste
their funds.
Our short-term goal is to improve the skills of the students and help them to be more intelligent, and gain more
knowledge to the importance of being diligent to their study. To be able for them to be passionate to what they
are doing and our long-term goal is to help them to know .What they are going to be in the future and by doing
this advocacy. We can help the student and their family to have a bright future and specify the intended
outcomes such as developing a curriculum, recruiting participation in a field, synergizing new ideas, or offering
education or skill training. Moreover, assist student to reach their potential by implementing specific and
effective remedial and extension strategies. Promoting self-regulated learning. To assist targeted students with
the transition from high school to college. To promote individual student success through a boot camp
experience and subsequent first-year coursework that provide students with a solid academic foundation. To
provide the advising and academic support services necessary for Summit students to develop and practice the
skills and strategies needed to thrive academically, socially, and personally both at National high school and
beyond. To nurture a community of scholars who are active participants in the Cabangan, National, High school
skills and strategies needed to thrive academically, socially, and personally both at National high school .
*To ensure that the taught curriculum reflect a multicultural society and world offer students the opportunities
to draw their own experiences
By application of this plan or advocacy it will be held every Saturday morning in partnership of our principals
and our dear teacher’s we will simultaneously do this by whole 5 years every Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm and it
will be help in the multi-purpose building in Cabangan, National,HighSchool .In every year, we must
acknowledge the students who participate and we will giving an award to all students to encourage them adopt
positive mentality, we will pay to their weaknesses, divide their sessions. There are many techniques that may
be used to assess student learning outcomes. In a number of cases, these assessment techniques may be
embedded in course assignments or activities as measures of students’ achievement of program goals as well as
their attainment of the college's general education goals. Capstone Courses Capstone courses are designed to
enable students to review, evaluate, integrate, and synthesize information and skills gained from other courses
in the program or major. These courses are the optimum place to assess many program or major goals and
general education goals. A capstone course is one which completing students take as a culminating experience
that gives them the opportunity to tie together the knowledge and skills of other program courses. If your
program has such a course, you may want to consider the performance in this type of capstone course as an
assessment method. Likewise, some programs assign a capstone project, which can be evaluated. Our current
mental health system is not reaching many children adolescent who need help. Therefore, academic programs
can fill an important void by helping students who likely never receive any formal program. Finally, a relatively
large number of person-centered primary studies were difficult categorize because of the techniques, objective,
producers used. Focus on achievement setting high standards of education and achievement In the classroom
material.
