c) Documents Required (Scanned Copies) :
· Upload your Mark Sheets of Class X, XII, final year's marksheet of
U.G. and P.G. (If applicable) (Original or online)
· Upload Latest Caste Certificate, if applicable (not issued before 11-
11-2020 in case of O.B.C./M.B.C.). In case of E.W.S. candidate(s)
certificate should be issued on or after 01-04-2021.
· Upload P.H. Certificate, if applicable
· Upload the Weightage Certificate i.e. NCC/NSS/Sports etc., if
applicable.
Note :
In case if a candidate claims weightage he/she has to submit a
hard copy of his/her original certificate in support of the claim
alongwith the self attested photocopy of the same, to the office
of Convener, ULET-2021 from October 25th to 29th, 2021
during office hours i.e. 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
STEP II
1. After successful registration, the candidate is required to submit the
requisite application fee i.e. Rs. 1200/- for Gen/EWS/OBC/MBC and
Rs. 1000/- for S.C./S.T./P.H. categories, online through UPI / payment
gateway of ICICI Bank.
2. No other mode for payment of fee shall be accepted.
STEP III
1. After successful submission of fee, the online payment invoice will be
generated.

2. The applicants are not required to deposit the hard copy of the online
application form. However, they are advised to take the print of the invoice
and the complete application form for their own reference and for the
purpose of Counselling for admission.
Note:
(i) The candidates are advised to check and verify the application form before final
submission. Only a single chance to make change(s)[In category/ marks/
documents upload etc.] in the application form will be provided on October 25th &
26th, 2021. Incomplete forms and forms without fee payment will be rejected
without any correspondence.
(ii) Furnishing of false, wrong or inaccurate information may lead to cancellation of
the test result, admission, examination for future, degree and even prosecution in
appropriate cases.
(iii) Incomplete application may be rejected and no correspondence will be
entertained in this regard. The receipt of an application will not mean that
application is complete.
(iv) As per University Ordinance 81 (III) Candidates Claiming weightage for
NCC/NSS/Sports/Others and Differently Abled (P.H.) candidates have to submit
the hard copy of their application form, original documents for claim of
weightage/disability and self-attested photocopies of the same to the Convenor,
ULET-2021, Department of Law, University of Rajasthan, Jaipur as per time
and dates mentioned in the schedule. Under no circumstance, the hardcopy of the
application form and documents for claim of weightage/disability will be
accepted after the deadline.

whatsoever, is admissible in the said rule for minimum eligibility.
Note: Minimum marks means excluding any concessional marks and no round off
shall be allowed i.e. a single less mark in minimum eligibility will disqualify
the candidature.
(b) Qualifying Exam : A candidate who has taken the Bachelor's (UG) or the
Master's Degree (PG) in Arts / Commerce / Science / Engineering
/Medicine /Management (of 2 years duration) / Nursing / Agriculture or
the Degree of Shastri / Acharya or the Degree of Ayurvedacharya /
Ayurveda Brihaspati of this University or of any other University
recognised for the purpose by the Syndicate with full course prescribed for
the Degree.
Note: From the session 1994-95 only candidates who have obtained a Bachelor's
Degree of 10+2+3 pattern or those who have passed a one-year pre-POST
Graduate/Bridge Course Examination after obtaining a Bachelor's Degree
of 10+1+3 or 10+2+2 pattern shall be considered eligible for admission.
Provided that it would not apply in the case of such candidates who have passed
their graduation examination prior to the academic session of 1991-92 and they
will also have the option to clear the Pre P.G./ Bridge Course for seeking admission
or appearing in the examination for a higher course in the University of
elsewhere.(Academic Council Res. No. 3 dated 18/19 April 94 & Syndicate Res. No.
9 dt, 18.7.94).

(d) Age : As per BCI norms.
(e) Concession : As per University Norms provided in University Prospectus
2021-22.
(f) Reservation : As per University Norms provided in University Prospectus
2021-22.
II. Admission Procedure
(a) There are 300 seats in University Law College and 300 Seats in University
Law College Centre-II.
Note: There shall be a single form to apply for the admission to LL.B. I year in both
the colleges.
(b) Admission to LL.B. I year on the above seats shall be made on the basis of
Merit of marks obtained at entrance examination i.e. ULET-2021.
Note: A candidate may apply either on the basis of UG or on the basis of PG marks
whichever is higher
(c) From the Merit, first 300 candidates (category wise) shall be given
admission to University Law College and next 300 candidates (category
wise) shall be given admission to University Law College Centre-II.
(d) In case where two or more candidates stand on same merit position, the
preference shall be made to the candidate on the following criteria in
descending order : -
(i) Who has secured higher marks in qualifying examination without any
weightage .
(ii) Where the merit of both the candidates are of equal PG marks, who has
secured higher marks in UG;
(iii) Where the merit of a candidate is of UG marks and another’s of PG
marks, who has secured higher marks in UG;
(iv) Where the merit of both the candidates are of equal UG marks, who has
secured higher marks in XII standard; and
(v) Where either of the above criteria unable to fix the preference, who is
older than other.
(e) Reservation and weightage (NCC/NSS/Sports etc.) shall be given as per
University Rules, subject to fulfilment of minimum eligibility criteria.

Special Note : All the grievance(s) related to Entrance Examination(ULET-
2021) shall be entertained upto October 29, 2021 till 2:30
p.m. No subsequent grievance(s) on any condition shall be
admitted. Decision of ULET-2021 Committee on the
grievance(s) shall be final.
INFORMATION REGARDING THE ENTRANCE TEST
1. Admission to the LL.B. First year (Three Year Course) shall be on the basis
of merit secured in the ULET-2021 based on the total marks scored in
written test, which will be published on the university website as per the
schedule.
2. The Entrance Test is scheduled to be held on 10th November, 2021
(Wednesday) from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM in Jaipur. The duration of the
test shall be One & half Hours.
3. The entrance test shall have 150 Multiple Choice Questions carrying one
(1) mark each. There will be no negative marking.
4. The Candidate shall use only Blue/Black Ball point pen during the entrance
examination.
5. After completion of entrance test, the candidates can carry Question
Booklet alongwith carbon copy of OMR Sheet with them.
6. The Centre for Entrance Test (ULET-2021) and Roll number will be given
on admit card which will be made available on the university website as
per the schedule.
7. No candidate will be permitted to enter the examination hall without the
admit card and a valid photo ID card.
8. The candidates will not be allowed to enter in the Examination Hall after
ten minutes of the commencement of the Examination.
9. Carrying Mobile Phone in the examination hall is strictly prohibited. If any
objectionable material is found, then action will be taken as per University
Rules.
10. Totally blind candidates must arrange amanuensis on their own and should
carry attested copies of the certificate issued in accordance with Statute 17
(A) (ii). Moreover attested copies of Marks Card/Certificate and Photo
Identity of amanuensis who should have qualification less than 10th Class
(Secondary), should also be submitted to the Superintendent of the
Entrance Test Centre at least one day prior to the entrance test.

11. There shall be a provision for videography of the centre on the examination
date.
12. The candidate should not believe in hearsay and must seek information
relating to admission only from University Website or information
provided by the office Convener, ULET-2021, Department of Law,
University of Rajasthan, Jaipur.
Answer Key
1. The University shall publish the Answer Key pertaining to ULET-2021 on the
University website as per the schedule.
2. Any objection with reference to Answer Key/Questions in the ULET-2021 may
be submitted in writing to the Convenor, ULET-2021, Department of Law,
University of Rajasthan, Jaipur as per the schedule.
