• Note the deadlines very carefully as there will be no extensions. The release dates of activities and
deadlines for completion of study tasks have been set in a manner that provides students with sufficient
time and flexibility within them. Students are advised not to leave their studies to the last minute but to
do them as early as possible.

Course Dropping Information:

1. Once unenrolled from any course, you will not be able to take it again during the current semester.

2. Course dropping does not grant you any waiver/exemption or credits transfer. You are simply dropping a
course for now and you will have to take it again in the future semester.

3. The students will be required to pay the dropped courses' charges along with their next semester fees
payment.
Course Waiver Information:

1. All the details related to the course waiver are available in the Campus FAQs enrolment section.

2. Applications submitted after this period will not be accepted for the current semester.

3. Course waiver is only possible for ENG 101, ENG 102 and CMP 101.

Community Service Work:

• All Bachelor's degree and two-year Associate Degree students, are required to perform 36 hours of
community service each semester after the completion of twelve courses.
• IAP Students are required to perform 36 hours of Community Service, whether on-ground or online,
each semester after the completion of 1st Year curriculum.
• BMAIS/MAIS students are required to do 36 hours of community service, whether on-ground or
online, each semester irrespective of number of courses completed. Students can perform their
community service activities either during the semester or break period.

Grade Transfer (GT) Deadline:

1. All the details related to the Grade Transfer (GT) are available in the Campus FAQs Mid/Final Exams section.

2. Grade Transfer (GT) application submission period is from September 9 until October 31, 2021, 11:55 PM
UTC. Applications submitted after this period will not be accepted for the current semester.

Exam Center Registration Commencement and Related Deadlines:

• Final Exams at the end of each semester are required to be attempted at the IOU approved Exam Centers

• Exam Center Registration means registering in any of the already approved centers of IOU. See further

• New Exam Center Submission means submitting a new exam center for approval and registration. If
students do not find a suitable exam center in their city of residence, they can suggest a new center of
