    COMPLIANCE
    In compliance to the Order To Submit Offer For Compromise Agreement
    dated December 1, 2021 which was received by Protestant on January 6, 2022,
    the undersigned Protestant respectfully manifests that he is unwilling to make
    any concession insofar as the contested property is concerned. In order to
    resolve this issue, the Protestant proposes that Applicant/Respondent
    withdraw his Free Patent Application considering that he has no right and no
    legal basis to claim ownership over the subject property.

    PRAYER

    WHEREFORE, premises considered, the Protestant respectfully prays


    that this manifestation be noted by this Honorable Office.

    Other reliefs, just and equitable, are likewise prayed for.
