VIRGIL JIANN C. APILADO, of legal age married to Jenelyn R, Apilado, Filipino
citizen and a resident of #457 Quezon Ave, City of San Fernando La Union, hereinafter
referred to as the VENDEE.
WITNESSETH;
That for in consideration of the sum of FOUR HUNDRED FIFTY
THOUSAND (450,000) PESOS Philippine Currency, the receipt where of is hereby
acknowledged from the VENDEE, to the entire satisfaction of the VENDOR, said
VENDOR do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY in a manner absolute and irrevocable
unto said VENDEE, his hers and assigns, of a parcel of land and which is more
particularly described as follows;
That the Provision of Article 1623 of the civil code is duly complied with;
That the parties hereto have agreed to record this instrument under the
provisions of Republic Act 3344 as amended, the property involved having not
been previously registered under the Land Registration Act nor under the old
Spanish Mortgage Law. That I, The VENDOR hereby warrant and forever
defend the same unto said VENDEE, her heirs and assigns against any lawful
claims of third person whomsoever;
