1.Responsible for all electronics devices across all offices
2.Ensure 24/7 offices internet
3.Ensuring all the workstations are ready to work with all the required IT
accessories (Laptop, Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor, etc.)
4.Installing and configuring computer software, systems, network, printers, and
scanners
5.All the PCs and peripheral devices (Ex: Mouse, keyboard, HDMI cable, Monitor)
are working correctly, and Identify faulty IT devices and take action accordingly.
6.Ensure all the printers are connected with the proper network and ready to use
7.Testing new technology/devices and propose a plan to improvise our current
systems
8.Maintain the inventory effectively where all the electronic devices are listed with
specifications and locations
9.Update inventory in real-time for including/excluding electronic devices
10.Maintain confidentiality strictly
11.Ensure and monitoring everyone is following ISMS protocols/standards
12.Assists in maintaining information security through controlled hardware AND/OR
software installation and training
13.Follow the emergency plan for equipment, power, or security failures when
necessary and protect data and ensure security
14.Business continuity plan for IT failures
15.Ensure CCTV cameras are working properly and monitor footage
16.Build strong relationships with the vendors (ISP, IPS, etc.) and Interacts and
communicates effectively with internal/external contacts
17.Troubleshooting, support, and repair when IT equipment or network malfunction
18.Express new ideas and suggestions in a positive manner
19.Provide purchasing proposal with estimated cost, benefits, and deadline
