    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    I, RUPERTO R. PAJARILLAGA, of legal age, married, Filipino with residence and postal
    address at BLK. 36 Lot 27 Green Ridge St., Richmond Executive Village, Cainta, Rizal, have named by
    these presents do hereby name, appoint and constitute by these presents EVELYN T. PAJARILLAGA,
    also a resident of BLK. 36 Lot 27 Green Ridge St., Richmond Executive Village, Cainta, Rizal, to be my
    true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts
    and things, name:

    1. To transact, negotiate and pledge our property located (lot) with Transfer Certificate of Title No.
    N-279715 more particularly described below:

    “A parcel of land (Lot 18-D of the subd. Plan (LRC) Psd-25157, being a portion of Lot
    18, described on plan (LRC) Psd-22545, LRC (GLRO) Rec. No. 1037), situated in the
    District of Payatas, Quezon City, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the NE., by points 2 to 3
    by Lot 72-A-2, Psd-63706, on the SE., points 3 to 4 by Lot 17, (LRC) Psd-22545; on the
    SW., points 4 to 1 by Lot 72-B, Psd-32606-Amd. 2, (Heirs of Serapio Salamat) and on
    the NW., points 1 to 2 by Lot 18-C of the subd. Plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on
    plan, being S. 54 deg. 40’W., 4780.44 m. from BLLM No. 1 Montalban, thence N. 60
    deg. 45’E., 24.57 m to point 2; thence S. 19 deg. 25’E., 24.57 m. to point 3; thence S. 63
    deg. 33’W., 23.44 m. to point 4; thence N. 26 deg. 27’W., 7.77 m to the point of
    beginning; containing an area of TWO HUNDRED (200) SQ. METERS, more or less.”

    GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and
    perform every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary in and about the premises, as fully to all
    intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally present and acting in person, hereby, ratifying
    and confirming all what my said attorney-in-fact shall do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these
    presents.
