    RESOLUTION NO. 19-2021


    “A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE USE OF PS-SAVINGS FROM PHILHEALTH
    CONTRIBUTION TO PAY THE SERVICE RECOGNITION INCENTIVE OF BARANGAY
    OFFICIALS OF BARANGAY SIMPATUYO, STA. TERESITA, CAGAYAN”.

    WHEREAS, Budget Circular no. 2021-4, dated December 28,2021 of the Department of Budget and
    Management of the Republic of the Philippines issued guidelines authorizing the Grant of Service
    Recognition Incentive to Government Employees for FY 2021;

    WHEREAS, the one-time SRI for FY 2021 is being granted to acknowledge all public servants for their
    collective and unceasing participation in and invaluable contribution to the establishment of streamlined
    government process and responsive delivery of services to the public, especially in the midst of the
    prevailing public health emergency due to the COVID-19 pandemic;

    WHEREAS, Barangay Simpatuyo has a PS-Savings from PHILHEALTH Contribution amounting to


    Fifty-five Thousand Pesos(Php 55,000.00);

    WHEREAS, the Barangay Council of Simpatuyo concurred to use the PS-Savings to pay the SRI of the
    Barangay Officials;

    NOW THEREFORE, on joint motion of all Sangguniang Members present, be it

    RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, to approve the use of PS-Savings from PHILHEALTH


    Contribution to pay the Service Recognition Incentive of barangay officials of barangay Simpatuyo, Sta.
    Teresita, Cagayan.
