Dear Customer,

Firstly, we would like to appologize for inconvenience and


disappointment that you experienced in dealing with our store
recently. I am responding to the complaints regarding to your
dissatisfaction on the products and services of our store
employees.Due to that mentioned issues, I had monitored and took
serrious action of this matters by running a few investigation through
interviews from intended employees.

We are sorry for what happened to you. Through investigation and


interviews I have made, I found that there were some misconducted
on our side. On that condition, I will surely guarantee this kind of
issues would not going to happened again in the future.Your
complaint and feedback will give the opportunity to remedy any
problem that may exist and help to improve our service futher.

As a sign of apology and regrets from us, our company would like to
send you a refund of Ringgit Malaysia Two Hundred of transport
charges that you have paid before. The company was very regrets for
this unwanted issues that happened to you.We will make sure to give
the best service in the future.

In addition to that, our store also has a policy related to this issues
stated that, you are entitled to compensation and all that will be
borne by our store. And since you are the loyal customer of the store,
your membership discount will be raised from 10% to 20%. with
good intentions so that you do not prolong this issue.

For your concern, I am glad if you are available on stated date to
